We are delighted to welcome the latest addition to the VERTIC team, Eliza Walsh. Eliza joined VERTIC in March 2024 as an Legal Officer in the National Implementation Measures Programme.
Eliza holds an LLM in Public International Law from Leiden University, the Netherlands and she also holds an undergraduate degree in Law from University College Cork, Ireland.
Eliza has previous experience working at Ireland’s delegation to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) in The Hague, the Netherlands. She has also worked in the Court of Appeals of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers and the International Humanitarian Law Clinic of the Kalshoven-Gieskes Forum.
