From 7-9 February 2024, NIM Legal Officer Thomas Brown attended the Working Group meeting of the Global Partnership Against the Spread of Weapons and Materials of Mass Destruction in Rome, Italy. Over the course of the meeting, he engaged with global partners on relevant issues and participated in discussions under sub-working groups to facilitate NIM’s legislative assistance in relation to implementation of the BWC, CWC and UNSCR 1540.
