Spanning policy, technology, law and other disciplines, the nuclear policy field needs people with a variety of expertise: and fast. We recognise that there are barriers to retention and progression in this field: so, we brought together a panel of experts from different parts of the community at different stages in their careers to provide honest advice and answer questions.
The panel touched on issues including fundraising, affordability, job security and more.
