Information on e-mail to VERTIC staff

We have recently had an e-mail outage lasting from 7:10 am on Friday until about 10:00 am on Monday. Our landlord changed internet providers but failed to forward the relevant information to our IT consultants, leading to a complete loss of communications.

Our IT consultants assure us that most e-mails have been stored in a cache and will be forwarded to the relevant user throughout the day. Mail should also be forwarded to staff members mobile devices. We nevertheless strongly recommend that you resend your message if you have tried to contact us over the last 62 hours and have received no response or an error message.
