ORGANIZATIONS DIRECTORY
Welcome to VERTIC’s online Verification Organizations Directory. The
directory aims to list all organizations involved in monitoring and
verification activities in the field of arms control and disarmament.
Where possible, each entry includes contact details and a brief description
of its verification-related activities. You can search the directory

TYPES OF ORGANIZATION
Bilateral organizations which verify or contribute to verifying
compliance with international agreements.
International organizations which verify or contribute to verifying
compliance with international agreements.
National organizations which are contact points for relations
with an international verification organization, national authorities
for implementing a state's obligations under an international agreement,
and/or government agencies and laboratories which conduct research and/or
training in verification and monitoring techniques and technologies.
Non-governmental organizations which conduct research and/or training
in verification and monitoring, or which undertake civil society-based
monitoring of international agreements.
Regional
organizations
which
verify or contribute to verifying compliance with international agreements.
This includes nuclear weapon-free zones.
United Nations organizations which verify or contribute to verifying
compliance with international agreements, or which conduct research
into verification.
